If you need help or advice about your job there are different people you can talk to:-

Connexions Advisers - can talk things over with you and help you decide what to do next. They can also help with queries about jobs and training, job hunting or just general advice and information. Contact your nearest Connexions Centre -

ACAS - have a telephone helpline 08457 474747 that you can call if you want to check your employment rights. All calls are confidential. (ACAS stands for the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service - but don't let that put you off calling them!!)

Connexions Direct - also offers free confidential advice to young people. Their switchboard is open from 8 in the morning until 2 in the morning. Call or text on Tele 080 800 13219 or Text 07766 4 13219.
