How And When To Disclose Information

When to tell
You should be honest when giving an employer information about yourself as they will probably check things like qualifications and work experience. You can be sacked if information you have given is found to be untrue.

When not to tell
Sometimes employers ask for information about things like health issues and criminal convictions. If this applies to you, you may need to check what information you legally need to give the employer so that you don't put your application at risk by telling them things which they don't need to know.
