What is Entry
To Employment?
If you are between 16 and 18, not at work, training or at college, e2e could be for you. It's a programme for young people looking to get into work or further training.

Do you need more skills and experience before you decide what to do next?
e2e can give you: 
 
Confidence to do what you want to do.
An option to carry on learning and gain a qualification.
Help in moving on to a job, apprenticeship or college place.
New skills like problem solving and getting on with people at work.
Travel expenses while you're on e2e.
Bonus payments for achievement and good attendance.
